Intellectual property
The texts, visuals and code of this site belong to Ibrahim Noudja, unless stated otherwise. Third-party elements (typefaces, music, names, trademarks and logos of social networks) remain the property of their respective authors and owners.
Personal data
The site requires no account and does not measure its audience. The only personal data processed is what you enter in the CONTRACT form.

- Answering your request, sending you an automatic acknowledgement and, where relevant, preparing a collaboration.

- Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

- At most 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted.
- Access
- Only Ibrahim Noudja reads the messages. They are never sold, transferred or used for advertising.
To work, the site relies on service providers that process this data on its behalf:
- EmailJS: delivering the form to the inbox and sending the acknowledgement;
- Google (Gmail): receiving and storing messages;
- Google (reCAPTCHA): protecting the form against bots;
- Cloudflare: hosting the site (technical logs, including visitors' IP addresses).
These providers may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to it, or ask for its portability, by writing to ibrahimnoudja7@gmail.com. You will receive an answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or with the authority of your country.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. It only saves three preferences in your browser (local storage), which never leave your device:
- the chosen language;
- whether the music is muted;
- whether you have seen the guided tour.
Google's reCAPTCHA service is only loaded when the CONTRACT tab is opened. Google may then set its own cookies, under its privacy policy and terms of service.
